Duck refills shields whenever you emote or jam, scaling from 2 up to 8 per tick, so a quiet moment behind cover becomes free shield regen instead of a wasted consumable. It suits methodical players who bank safe seconds between fights. Don't bring it to frantic, no-breathing-room lobbies where you never get to stand still and dance, and skip it if your instinct is to third-party constantly, since you'll rarely have the calm window Duck needs to actually pay you back.

Synergy & loadout

Any loadout works because Duck only asks for spare time, not specific guns. It shines in slower, cover-heavy comps and mid-game lulls where you can safely emote to top up. Compared to Demon, the eliminations-based Epic healer, Duck is the safer, no-kill-required option, while Demon demands you win fights first. Solos love the self-sufficiency; squads get less unique value since teammates can trade or share heals.
